Located at 7859 Highway 64, Bot's Boxing Fitness Memphis as well as 875 W Poplar Ave Suite 4, Collierville, TN 38017...began in 2013 with one member. Since then we have grown to over 300 members, and look forward to expanding even more in the coming years. We are pleased to be a part of Memphis Judo and Jiu-Jitsu, a 24,000+ sq. foot mixed martial arts training facility in Memphis, TN that is home to some of the Mid-South's most skilled and professional instructors and competitive fighters. The Bot's Boxing Fitness Memphis training area houses numerous leather punching bags, a matted strength and conditioning area, uppercut bags, and speedbags. Some days we may incorporate weights, medicine balls, ladders, and various forms of speed and agility training into our workouts.
